Return Policy - JUZU

  1. Consumer's Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you can return a product to JUZU SRL or a designated person without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after deciding to withdraw from this contract. JUZU SRL may also offer to collect the product directly.

  2. Withdrawal Period You have 14 calendar days to withdraw after the physical receipt of the product by you or by a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). If your order contains several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the receipt of the last item.

  3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or an email) to our address: JUZU SRL, Rue du Moulin Lampach 40, 6700 Arlon, Belgium, or to hello@juzu.be. You may use the provided withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

  4. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive method we offer), without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make this refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. This refund will not incur any fees for you.

  5. Return of Goods You must return or hand over the goods in the condition you received them to JUZU SRL at the following address: Rue du Moulin Lampach 40, 6700 Arlon without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

  6. Return Costs The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you.

  7. Consumer's Responsibility for Depreciation of Goods The returned product must comply with the return instructions and include all received accessories. You are only responsible for the depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

  8. Packaging for Return We request that you return the product in its original packaging, ensuring that the product remains in good condition, suitable for resale.

  9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:

    • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
    • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
    • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior consent and your acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

  10. Delivery Area Products can only be delivered to the territories specified on the JUZU site. We cannot accept orders for addresses outside these areas.
